About the Author:
The author, Spiros Sideris was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He came to the United States on June 17th, 1979 after kidnapping his 24 month old daughter. On this, the day of her birthday, they began their destiny together.
Spiros finished art and movie school located in Athens. He worked as an electrician, special effects and assistant camera man on such films as “Zorba the Greek”, Cannons of Navarone”, and many other European and Greek films. Spiros sculpted religious icons and chalices made of silver and gold for the Greek churches and moasteries. He has shown his original, handmade works in many art galleries and exhibits in upstate New York.
After kidnapping his 24 month old daughter, Katerina, they came to this country illegally in 1979. They lived what you would call a miraculous life. They fought life and death together. People have pushed them very hard the the brink of martydom. However, one thing he knows is if it is not your time to leave this world then nothing can be done by your or anyone else to change that reality. He knows this for a fact. He forgot this power and tried to commit suicide. His attempt failed because God came to him and saved him that night. This was the fifth and last time he had done so and it was to save me for a reason, a future purpose.
Another time God showed Spiros his unbelievable power by bringing his deceased baby back from the dead. He had buried her with his own two hands after holding her lifeless little body in his arms for two days. That last time he came to him was in his dreams after his attempt to end his life. At that point God gave him back the memories he took from hims so many years ago. God awoke Spiros from his coma and told him, “Get up, get up, get up and write down everything you know and everything you have seen. Tell your story to the people; the world has to know that you are here!”
This is the story Spiros has written for you friends. This is a true and remarkable story of two lives that were bound by destiny. He hopes that by reading this story and seeing all of the times God has touched their lives that it will open your eyes to believe in God’s existence through his miracles.
